Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Associate / Assistant to join our State Farm team. This is a part-time, on-site role working approximately 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support by organizing and managing office tasks
- Contact current customers regarding late payments, missing documents, and underwriting inquiries
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments
- Prepare and organize documentation for policy renewals and upcoming meetings
- Assist with office inventory management and processing of incoming mail
- Manage customer correspondence with professionalism and accuracy
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Customer-focused with a professional and helpful approach
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

- Our office is located in the Cherry Creek neighborhood of Denver, CO.
- Our office is open 8:30am - 5:00pm.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of Miami University.
